titleOfInvention Transparent conductive film
abstract To provide a transparent conductive film capable of simultaneously achieving high environmental resistance and high light transmittance in a transparent electrode material used for a touch panel, PDP, LCD, electroluminescence (EL) display material, and the like, and a method for manufacturing the same. . A carbon layer 3 having a refractive index of 1.35 to 1.70 and having a refractive index of 1.35 to 1.70 is used as an intermediate layer of a transparent metal oxide layer 4, and a transparent metal oxide having a very thin film thickness thereon. By forming a layer, a transparent conductive film capable of solving the problems of “conductivity” and “transparency” can be manufactured. [Selection] Figure 1
