Provided is a polymer material to which a sufficient amount of an ultraviolet absorber is added to block ultraviolet rays without causing yellowing even in the presence of alkali or metal ions. A cationic system comprising, as a constituent, a quaternary ammonium group that forms a salt of an ultraviolet absorber (A) having a phenolic hydroxyl group, an organic acid anion (B), and an organic acid anion (B). The polymer (C) is combined with the matrix polymer (D), and the blending ratio of the ultraviolet absorber (A) and the cationic polymer (C) is 1 equivalent of the phenolic hydroxyl group of the ultraviolet absorber (A). A polymer material in which the quaternary ammonium group of the cationic polymer (C) is 10 to 0.1 equivalent to the above. [Selection figure] None |
