abstract |
An object of the present invention is to attach ultrafine metal particles to a carbon material. Metal ultrafine particles (organic composite metal nanoparticles) coated with an organic compound having an alkyl group on the surface and a functional group having reactivity with the metal surface are dispersed and solubilized in an organic solvent to form carbon. The material is stirred and mixed with the organic solvent. Then, by drying the solvent by heat treatment and decomposing the organic coating surrounding the composite metal nanoparticles ultrafine metal particles, by integrating the ultrafine metal particles into the carbon material in a form that has reacted and eroded.
