titleOfInvention Insulating substrate material for high frequency band
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an insulating substrate excellent in dielectric characteristics and an antenna substrate using the substrate by increasing the strength of the substrate without adversely affecting the dielectric characteristics. An insulating substrate material for a high frequency band according to the present invention comprises a laminate of porous PTFE sheets a1, a2 and a3 made of PTFE particles and heat-meltable fluororesin films b1 and b2, and a fluororesin film. The metal plate d is adhered to the lower surface of the composite porous fluororesin sheet that is bonded and integrated by heating and pressing at a melting point of or higher. [Selection] Figure 4
