abstract An absorbent pad that can be easily peeled off from a diaper or an undergarment for the lower body. An exterior portion of the exterior sheet 25 is divided into an extended portion 31a having a hook tape 32 formed on the front surface side via a folded portion 31c and a base end portion 31b fixed to the exterior sheet 25. The fastening panel 31 is formed, and the fastening tape 31 is exposed to the outer surface of the absorbent pad 200 by folding the fastening panel 31 through the folded portion 31c so that the extension part 31a is laminated on the base end part 31b side.
