titleOfInvention N2O removal method in exhaust gas
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for removing N 2 O in exhaust gas, which can stably decompose and remove N 2 O even when the concentration of water vapor in the exhaust gas varies. An exhaust gas containing N 2 O is contacted with a reducing agent in the presence of N 2 O decomposition catalyst 9, N 2 O to reduce and remove. Depending on the water vapor concentration in the exhaust gas in front of the N 2 O decomposition catalyst 9, to control the amount of exhaust gas temperature or the reducing agent in contact with the N 2 O decomposition catalyst 9, suppress a reduction in N 2 O decomposition rate. An iron-zeolite-based catalyst can be used as the N 2 O decomposition catalyst, and methane, propane, ammonia, or the like can be used as the reducing agent. [Selection] Figure 1
