titleOfInvention Method for culturing polyhydroxybutyric acid producing bacteria
abstract Disclosed is a method for culturing a polyhydroxybutyric acid-producing bacterium that can be obtained in a high yield using a cryopreserved polyhydroxybutyric acid-producing bacterium. A method for culturing a polyhydroxybutyric acid producing bacterium according to the present invention is a method for culturing a polyhydroxybutyric acid producing bacterium using a cryopreserved polyhydroxybutyric acid producing bacterium, wherein the polyhydroxybutyric acid produced by cryopreservation is used. Obtained by thawing step S1 for thawing the producing bacteria, centrifugation step S2 for adding the thawed polyhydroxybutyric acid producing bacteria to a 15-20% (w / v) aqueous ammonium sulfate solution, and centrifuging. Culture step S3 in which the polyhydroxybutyric acid-producing bacterium contained in the supernatant is added to the liquid medium and cultured. [Selection] Figure 1
