titleOfInvention Treatment method for molten fly ash, etc.
abstract Disclosed is a method for treating molten fly ash and the like that can proceed with dechlorination and zinc elution while suppressing elution of copper. In the treatment method of leaching molten fly ash containing a valuable metal component and a chlorine component by water leaching and dechlorinating, and then leaching the solid content by sulfuric acid to elute the valuable metal, dechlorination is performed in the sulfuric acid leaching step. The slurry mixed with the solid content after the treatment and the sulfuric acid solution has a pH of 4 to 5.4 and a redox potential of 300 mV or less, preferably the slurry has a pH of 5 to 5.4 and a redox potential. A method for treating molten fly ash or the like, wherein dechlorination and zinc elution are advanced while controlling elution of copper by controlling to 200 to 300 mV. [Selection] Figure 3
