titleOfInvention Ultrasonic probe and ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus using the same
abstract An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus that transmits ultrasonic waves from a piezoelectric vibrator into a subject, receives reflected ultrasonic waves by the piezoelectric vibrator, and displays an image based on the received signal. In the acoustic probe, an image having a deep field of view and high resolution and sharpness can be obtained. An ultrasonic probe 1 according to the present invention includes a piezoelectric vibrator 10 interposed between a piezoelectric film layer 11 for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves, the piezoelectric film layer 11 and a subject, and acoustics thereof. In addition to a normal three-layer structure including an acoustic matching layer 12 for matching impedance, and a damper layer 14 interposed between the piezoelectric film layer 11 and a portion where the piezoelectric vibrator 10 is attached to the housing 3, Further, an acoustic amplification layer 13 having a hole 15 is provided between the piezoelectric film layer 11 and the damper layer 14. Therefore, a larger transmission wave can be transmitted, and a reception wave can be received with higher sensitivity, thus improving the piezoelectric characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator 10.
