abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser dicing sheet capable of preventing cutting of a dicing sheet by laser light, damage of a chuck table and fusion of the dicing sheet to the chuck table in laser dicing. A laser dicing sheet according to the present invention comprises a base material and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made of polyurethane acrylate formed on one side thereof. In particular, the polyurethane acrylate contains energy ray-curable urethane acrylate oligomer and energy. It is preferable that it is a polymer obtained by irradiating a compound containing a linear curable monomer with energy rays. [Selection figure] None
