titleOfInvention Electrodeless discharge lamp and lighting fixture
abstract Disclosed is an electrodeless discharge lamp and a luminaire that have high luminous efficiency and can shorten start-up time in a dark place. A cavity 4 and an exhaust thin tube 5 are integrally formed inside a glass bulb 2 in which a discharge gas is sealed. In the cavity 4, a ferrite core 9 and an induction coil 10 are formed. The electrodeless discharge lamp is provided with a coupler 15. A long afterglow phosphor 16 b is applied to the peripheral surface of the cavity 4 in the bulb 2. The base of the valve 2 is fixed to the base 3, and the coupler 15 is fitted from the hole of the base 3 along the peripheral surface of the cavity 4 outside the valve, and the base of the coupler 15 is detachably fixed to the base of the base 3.
