titleOfInvention | Molten metal monitoring system |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to monitor the state of molten metal during work in a remote place. A system for communicating a monitor provided with a host computer and a monitoring target provided with an individual computer over a network. The individual computer measures the melting temperature of the molten metal tank at appropriate intervals and uploads the measured temperature to the host computer. A metal sample is taken from the molten metal tank, and a lot symbol including the identification of a monitoring target and a collection time is given to the sample, and this is analyzed. The host computer analyzes the uploaded melting temperature and the analysis data using an analysis program prepared in advance, and downloads the analysis result to the monitoring target.
