PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition which is cured by a condensation reaction which is excellent in flame retardancy after curing and can be a silicone cured product which does not easily decrease flame retardancy even when exposed to high temperature for a long time. SOLUTION: (A) An organopolysiloxane containing a hydroxyl group-containing end group, (B) a silane or siloxane oligomer containing a silicon atom-bonded hydrolyzable group, (C1) a flame retardant imparting agent comprising a platinum compound; at least one of the formula in C2) 1 molecule, - (R 2) (R 3) SiO- (R 2) (R 3) SiO- ( wherein, R 2 is an aryl group, R 3 is an alkenyl group Room temperature curable organo, which is cured by a condensation reaction, comprising an organosiloxane having a bond represented by the formula (1) and having 8 or less silicon atoms in one molecule and (D) an inorganic powder.
