abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a porous body having a thickness of less than 1 μm, a high transmittance and a relatively large hardness. SOLUTION: A coating liquid preparation step for preparing a coating liquid in which a curable composition that can be cured by a curing process and an additive are mixed and uniformly dissolved, and the coating liquid is applied onto a substrate. A coating film forming process for forming a coating film, a curing process for forming the cured coating film by performing the curing treatment on the coating film, and an additive removing process for removing the additive from the cured coating film A method for producing a porous body, wherein the curable composition contains a cationic polymerizable monomer, and the additive is phase-separated from the cured body of the curable composition by the cured coating film.
