titleOfInvention | Long-term culture method of adipocytes using honeycomb porous body |
abstract | 【Task】 The present invention relates to a method for stably culturing fat cells over a long period of time. [Solution] A method for culturing fat cells, comprising a step of seeding fat cells on a honeycomb-shaped porous body made of a water-insoluble polymer, and a step of growing the fat cells on the honeycomb-shaped porous body. In the present invention, adipocytes can be stably cultured for a long period of time, and mature adipocytes can be induced to differentiate from preadipocytes. In addition, the method of the present invention can be used to screen for a substance that suppresses fat accumulation in adipocytes or differentiation induction into mature adipocytes.
