titleOfInvention | Detection method and quantification method of detection target |
abstract | To provide a detection kit or the like that can detect and quantify a detection target quickly, inexpensively and easily with high sensitivity. A kit for detecting a detection target 50 in a specimen includes a first bound substance 10 in which a first substance containing a pH-responsive polymer 11 and a first antibody 13 against the detection target 50 are bound; A second binding substance 20 in which a second substance 21 having a charge or a hydrophilic property and a second antibody 23 against the detection target 50 are bound to each other. The first antibody 13 and the second antibody 23 can simultaneously bind to the detection target 50 at different parts of the detection target 50. [Selection] Figure 1 |
