abstract |
The present invention provides a new TOF / TOF measurement method that overcomes the shortcomings of conventional TOF / TOF measurement methods. When a plurality of isotope ions are selected one by one with an ion gate and cleaved to measure product ions, the first time-of-flight mass spectrometer has the same time of flight for each isotope ion.
