Resin member fitting structure and vehicle interior antenna device |
abstract |
To fit a member made of a resin member having a low expansion coefficient due to water absorption into a member made of a resin member having a high expansion coefficient due to water absorption, and to accurately suppress the occurrence of rattling between the resin members. Provided is a resin member fitting structure that can be used, and a vehicle interior antenna device using the fitting structure. A vehicle interior antenna device, which is one of such fitting structures, employs a structure in which a bobbin 50 having a low expansion coefficient due to water absorption is fitted into a case 70 having a high expansion coefficient due to water absorption. Therefore, the case 70 is provided with two through holes 74 penetrating the outer wall surface as two concave portions spaced in the circumferential direction from the upper surface 73 of the inner wall surface serving as the fitting surface. In addition, the first fitting portion 52 of the bobbin 50 is provided with two protrusions 52e that are formed to protrude as two convex portions in a manner of being engaged with the two through holes 74, respectively. Then, the bobbin 50 is fitted into the case 70 in a state in which the through holes 74 and the protrusions 52e are engaged with each other. [Selection] Figure 5 |
