[Object] To sufficiently diffuse urea water into exhaust gas and uniformly supply it to each part of a NOx catalyst to achieve good purification performance, and arbitrarily use various types of urea water injectors including an airless system Provided is an engine exhaust gas purification device. A partition wall 24 is provided between a DPF 28 in a casing 22 and a NOx catalyst 29, a diffusion pipe 33 having a large number of holes 33a is disposed on the DPF 28 side, and one end of the diffusion pipe 33 is connected to the center of the partition wall 24. Connected to the surface 24a, the other end of the diffusion pipe 33 penetrates the inner peripheral surface of the upstream casing 22a, is exposed to the outside, and is closed with a lid 35. The main body 36b of the urea water injector 36 is fixed to the lid 35, and the injection nozzle 35a is inserted into the diffusion pipe 33 from the main body 36b via the lid 35, thereby preventing the influence of the heat of the exhaust gas on the main body 36b.
