titleOfInvention | Deposition film forming method, optical member manufacturing method, and optical member |
abstract | Two or more kinds of vapor deposition materials can be vapor-deposited on an object in one step, and a vapor deposition film having a gradient characteristic of the concentration of the vapor deposition material can be formed on the vapor deposition object side and the surface side. An evaporation source forming method, an optical member manufacturing method, and an optical member are provided. A method of forming a vapor deposition film in which a vapor deposition film is formed by heating from one side of an evaporation source formed by laminating two or more different vapor deposition materials and depositing the vapor deposition film on the object, wherein the object is an optical member. An optical member manufacturing method in which a deposited film is formed on the optical member by the above method, and an optical member manufactured by this method. [Selection] Figure 1 |
