Disclosed is a carbon nanotube aggregate that can provide a dispersion of a high concentration of carbon nanotube aggregates by being extremely excellent in dispersibility. In the present invention, a mixture of 10 mg of a carbon nanotube aggregate, 30 mg of sodium polystyrene sulfonate and 10 mL of water is subjected to ultrasonic homogenization, followed by centrifugation at 20000 G, and then 9 mL of supernatant is sampled. This is a carbon nanotube aggregate in which the content of the carbon nanotube aggregate in the liquid is 0.6 mg / mL or more. The carbon nanotube aggregate of the present invention can provide a dispersion of a high concentration of carbon nanotube aggregates by being extremely excellent in dispersibility.
