PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hypoallergenic agent capable of achieving a reduction in grain allergen without going through a complicated process. Provided is a low allergenic agent that can cook rice with allergens reduced by simply mixing it with rice and water in a rice cooker before cooking rice. A cereal hypoallergenic agent characterized by containing a proteolytic enzyme, and the cereal by adding the hypoallergenic agent before heating the cereal in the presence of water and heating it as it is.
