abstract | A method for manufacturing an information display panel and a particulate display medium filling apparatus are provided, in which a particulate display medium charged and suspended in a particle tank is uniformly adhered and filled in a cell of a substrate. A method for manufacturing an information display panel according to the present invention includes a first step of injecting gas into a fluidized bed type particle tank 31 to charge and float a particulate display medium, and an aerosol-like particle layer container 35. A partition wall is formed between the two substrates by immersing the substrate 40 in the charged and suspended particulate display medium and by the second step of attaching the particulate display medium to the substrate 40.
