titleOfInvention | Liposome particle dispersion for detection of test substance, production method thereof, detection method by fluorescence measurement using the same |
abstract | Disclosed is a liposome particle dispersion for detecting a test substance having high sensitivity and excellent quantitativeness, and a method for producing the same. Moreover, the detection method by the fluorescence measurement using the said liposome particle dispersion is provided. SOLUTION: A fluorescent colorant and a host compound capable of enclosing the fluorescent colorant are included, and a part or all of the host compound is between host compounds or a compound in a lipid layer. A liposome particle dispersion for detecting a test substance, which comprises a liposome having a cross-linking bond and a site having a site for recognizing the test substance on the surface.
