abstract | 【Task】 The present invention provides a novel pharmaceutical composition, more specifically, a pharmaceutical composition useful as an anti-inflammatory composition. [Solution] It was newly found that when tranexamic acid or a salt thereof and clemastine or a salt thereof are used in combination, clemastine or a salt thereof enhances the anti-inflammatory effect of tranexamic acid or a salt thereof and exhibits an excellent anti-inflammatory effect.
