abstract | The present invention provides a post-emergence lawn herbicide that disinfects turf weeds in a single spray, at any weed growth stage, and without damaging the turf leaves. A method for controlling post-emergence of moss, hamage and weeds in turf, the method comprising a composition comprising a mixture of sulfentrazone and quinchlorac in a ratio of 1: 5 to 1: 1. The sulfentrazone and quinclolac are applied at a rate of 0.375 pounds per acre to 1.5 pounds per acre, provided that the amount of sulfentrazone sprayed is at least equal to 0.09 pounds / acre.
