titleOfInvention | Conductor pattern forming ink, conductor pattern and wiring board |
abstract | The present invention provides a conductive pattern forming ink that has excellent storage stability and can prevent the occurrence of cracks in a formed conductive pattern. An ink for forming a conductor pattern according to the present invention is a conductor pattern forming ink for forming a conductor pattern on a substrate by a droplet discharge method, wherein the metal particles and an aqueous system in which the metal particles are dispersed. It contains a dispersion medium, galactitol, and a polyglycerin compound having a polyglycerin skeleton, and H represented by the following formula (I) is 0.1 to 0.6. [Formula 1] (In the formula, OH (A) [pieces], Mw (A), and X (A) [parts by weight] are the average number of hydroxyl groups in one molecule of the polyglycerin compound, the weight average molecular weight, and conductor pattern formation, respectively. Content in ink, OH (B) [pieces] X (B), Mw (B) [parts by weight] respectively represent the number of hydroxyl groups in one molecule of galactitol, the molecular weight, and the content in the conductor pattern forming ink. Show.) [Selection figure] None |
