[PROBLEMS] To reduce the loss of conductivity at an electrode even in a large area, obtain high transparency, improve the smoothness of a flat surface, and suppress the decrease in conductivity at an electrode over time. Provided is a conductive film suitable for a flexible transparent electrode. In a transparent conductive film having a conductive metal pattern on a transparent film substrate, a light-transmitting portion where the conductive metal pattern does not exist is filled with a transparent resin, and an upper portion of the conductive metal pattern is provided. Is not covered with the transparent resin, and further, a transparent conductive film layer is provided adjacent to the upper part of the conductive metal pattern and the transparent resin, and the transparent conductive layer is formed of a conductive polymer.
