titleOfInvention | Fluid device |
abstract | A self-supporting fluidic device that does not require an external power supply is provided. A pump 5 for feeding a sample solution to be measured to the flow path 3 is provided at the start end of the flow path 3 formed on the substrate 2. A detection unit 6 for detecting a sample solution or a component contained therein is provided in the middle of the flow path 3, and the analyzed sample solution is discharged at the end of the flow path 3. The discharge hole 7 is provided. Furthermore, the enzyme battery 4 is provided on the substrate 2 as a power source for driving the pump 5 and the detection unit 6, and the enzyme battery 4 is electrically connected to the pump 5 and the detection unit 6.
