abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet protective agent capable of suppressing or reducing inflammation which is an acute skin injury caused by ultraviolet rays. The UV protection agent of the present invention is characterized by comprising one or more plant extracts selected from plants of the family Leguminosae and Hippostanstanae. The legumes are preferably soybean (Glycine max M.) and Astragalus sinicus L., and the Acecaceae is preferably Aesculus hippocastanum L. This UV protection agent is useful for the prevention and treatment of UV-induced inflammation. [Selection] Figure 1 |
