abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component capable of mounting a mounted semiconductor chip on a mounting substrate and easily removing a semiconductor chip in which an initial failure is found. A first pad (2) is formed on a surface of a first substrate (1). A metal film (3) is disposed on the surface of the first pad. A second substrate (6) is disposed so as to face the surface of the first substrate on which the first pad is formed. A second pad (7) is formed on the surface of the second substrate facing the first pad. One end of the conductive nanotube (8) is connected to the second pad, and the other end is embedded in the metal film. An intermediate film (9) made of a conductive compound containing at least one constituent element of the nanotube and at least one constituent element of the first pad is disposed at the interface between the metal film and the nanotube.
