An all-solid-state polymer battery is provided which has an increased internal resistance during storage and is excellent in high rate discharge characteristics after storage. An all-solid-state polymer battery includes a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer containing lithium, and a dry polymer electrolyte layer disposed between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer.
