The object of the present invention is to reduce the weight and thickness of a recycle nylon 66 while maintaining the vibration noise reduction effect, heat resistance, and mechanical properties equivalent to those of a conventional engine cover. The engine cover has an average wall thickness of 2.0 mm or less, and (a) a polyamide containing as an essential component at least one end material of a copper-based stabilizer-containing nylon 66 automobile airbag fiber and a used recovered product. A resin composition comprising a resin, (b) a modified polypropylene resin, (c) a reinforcing material, (d) a metal deactivator and a light / heat stabilizer, and (e) a viscosity modifier. It is (a) / (b) / (c) = 45-80 / 15-35 / 5-20 by mass ratio. The resin composition contains 0.005 to 10 parts by mass of component (d) and 0.05 to 10 parts by mass of component (e) when the total amount of components (a) to (c) is 100 parts by mass. The melt flow rate (MFR) of the resin composition is 40 g / 10 min or more. [Selection] Figure 1 |
