titleOfInvention | Binder composition for mold making and method for producing the same, sand composition for mold making and method for producing mold |
abstract | A mold with good productivity can be produced by reducing the amount of formaldehyde generated, increasing the initial strength of the mold, making the final mold strength sufficient and sufficient in disintegration. In a binder composition for mold making containing an acid curable resin, a plant-derived natural product extracted from a natural product such as a leaf, fruit, seed, or worm hump parasitic on a plant by a solvent. An extract composition is further contained. The plant natural product extraction composition exhibits formaldehyde scavenging effect and curing promoting action, and the final mold strength is suppressed, facilitating the mold collapse process. As the natural product derived from plants, natural products such as pentaploid, gallic, cod powder, persimmon fruit, chestnut skin and tamarind seed are suitable. [Selection figure] None |
