abstract | The present invention provides an exhaust emission control device capable of satisfactorily preventing clogging caused by a temperature drop of a urea water injection nozzle. An ammonia selective reduction type NOx catalyst 46 that selectively reduces NOx in engine exhaust using ammonia as a reducing agent, and an upstream casing 30 that forms an exhaust passage upstream of the ammonia selective reduction type NOx catalyst 46. A urea water injection nozzle 40 for injecting urea water into the exhaust gas flowing in the third casing 30c toward the ammonia selective reduction type NOx catalyst 46. A flange portion 40b located outside the exhaust passage formed by the third casing and a heat insulating member 68 that covers at least a part of the nozzle body 40a from the outside are provided.
