Disclosed is a liquid surfactant composition containing a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate ester salt at a high concentration and having excellent stability. A fluidity comprising (a) 23 to 27% by mass of a compound represented by the following general formula (1), (b) 3 to 7% by mass of ethanol, and (c) 66 to 74% by mass of water. Good surfactant composition.
