titleOfInvention Container sterilization method
abstract A first object of the present invention is to provide a container sterilization method capable of reducing the concentration of hydrogen peroxide remaining in a container. Moreover, this invention sets it as the 2nd objective to provide the sterilization method of the container which can improve the sterilization capability with respect to a peracetic acid tolerance microbe. A container sterilization method according to the present invention includes a sterilization process for supplying a peracetic acid-based sterilant containing hydrogen peroxide to sterilize at least an inner surface of the container, and at least hydrogen peroxide remaining in the container by the sterilization process. It includes a hydrogen peroxide concentration reducing step for reducing the concentration, and a rinsing step of supplying sterile water to wash away at least the peracetic acid-based disinfectant in the container.
