titleOfInvention | INORGANIC THIN FILM TRANSFER MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, MOLDED ARTICLE WITH INORGANIC THIN FILM AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME |
abstract | An inorganic thin film transfer material capable of forming a functional fine particle film capable of obtaining sufficient film strength by burying and transferring a functional fine particle layer on the surface of an article, and a method for producing the same. An inorganic thin film transfer material 1 comprising a fine particle laminated film 3 adsorbed with a space between fine particles on a temporary support 2. (1) a step of immersing the temporary support in an ionic substance liquid comprising a dispersion of fine particles having an ionic surface charge or a polymer electrolyte solution; and (2) opposite to the surface charge of the fine particles or the charge of the polymer electrolyte. Alternately performing a step of immersing in the dispersion of the microparticles having the surface charge of the sign or the charge or the solution of the polyelectrolyte having the surface charge or the charge of the opposite sign to the surface charge of the microparticles or the charge of the polyelectrolyte. It can be produced by alternately immersing the fine particles in the dispersion and immersing in the polymer electrolyte solution. [Selection] Figure 1 |
