[PROBLEMS] To contain a purple colored potato that can be distributed at room temperature or chilled, not only to suppress discoloration, but also to change the color tone of food and drink obtained by cooking a food material containing potato containing anthocyanin. It is providing the new method for manufacturing food-drinks and the food-drinks. SOLUTION: A purple colored potato is used as a raw material, and contains one or more color adjusting agents selected from the group consisting of phytic acid, hesperidin, and rutin, and the pH is adjusted to a range of 5.0 to 6.5. A heat-treated liquid or paste-like purple colored potato-containing food and drink having a color tone adjusted in the range of pink to red-purple to purple to blue-violet, and a method for producing the same.
