titleOfInvention Collagen base material
abstract 【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a collagen base material for collagen that enables the growth of adherent cells according to a complicated shape, and a novel cell culture method using the collagen base material. [Solution] The present invention includes (1) a step of producing a molded product composed of a filamentous material using water-solubilized collagen as a raw material, (2) a step of crosslinking the molded product, and (3) processing the molded product into a powder form. A collagen substrate produced by the process is provided. In addition, the present invention uses the collagen substrate, (i) a step of filling the culture vessel with the collagen substrate, (ii) a step of seeding adherent cells on the collagen substrate, and (iii) A cell culture method comprising the step of culturing adherent cells is provided.
