The present invention has a monodispersibility with a small particle size and an unprecedented particle size, and is excellent in all of offset resistance, low-temperature fixability, fixing releasability, heat-resistant storage stability, and filming resistance. A toner that forms a high-definition and high-quality image with resolution and has no image deterioration over a long period of time is provided. A binder resin is a condensation polymer of a monomer having a structure represented by at least chemical formula 1: R—C—H (—OH) (COOH) (wherein R is an alkyl group of n = 1 to 5). The toner composition liquid 10 containing the polyester resin X is periodically ejected from the nozzles 15 of the thin film 16 by being vibrated by the mechanical vibration means by the vibration generating means 17 to form droplets of the toner composition liquid 10. Is a toner obtained by solidifying the toner. [Selection] Figure 1 |
