Provided is a surface protective film which is excellent in the balance of antistatic property, antifouling property, scratch resistance, tape peeling force and printing adhesion, at low cost. The surface protective film of the present invention comprises a base material, a conductive polymer component (A) having a polythiophene structure and an electron-accepting polyacid structure on the surface of the base material, a melamine resin (B), and a polyester resin. (C), and a coating layer having a thickness of 20 nm to 500 nm formed using a composition containing organosiloxane (D). In the present invention, the mass ratio of the conductive polymer component (A) to the total mass of the conductive polymer component (A), the melamine resin (B), the polyester resin (C) and the organosiloxane (D), and the thickness of the coat layer.
