| abstract |
An absorbent garment is provided that includes an absorbent composite that extends longitudinally and can be stretched laterally and has end portions on both sides and side regions on both sides. An absorptive composite material includes a back sheet, a top sheet, and a holding portion disposed between the back sheet and the top sheet. Each of the back sheet and the holding portion may include at least one folding portion formed along at least one of the side regions on both sides, and the folding portions may be folded together. A pair of anterior body panels are attached to the side regions on both sides of the absorbent composite adjacent to one of the ends on both sides of the absorbent composite, and the sides on both sides adjacent to the other of the ends on both sides of the absorbent composite A pair of back body panels are attached to the region.
