abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for recovering a trace amount of noble metal contained in a waste liquid. The present invention provides a method for obtaining a noble metal from a strongly acidic waste liquid containing a noble metal and a metal other than the noble metal. This method comprises (1) a neutralizing agent so that the pH of the waste liquid is 2-12. And collecting the produced precipitate, (2) adding a reducing agent to the residual liquid, collecting the produced reduced product, and (3) melting the collected precipitate and reduced product.
