Disclosed is a patch that retains a liquid component well in an adhesive layer and is hypoallergenic. An adhesive patch having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one side of a support, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising an acrylic ester polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 2.5 million or more and a liquid compatible with the polymer. It contains a plasticizer. As the acrylic ester polymer, a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester as a main component is preferable. [Selection figure] None |
