abstract The object of the present invention is to overcome the problems of the prior art and to provide an electroluminescent layer having a ligand metal complex skeleton that exhibits excellent electroluminescent and physical properties compared to conventional organic matrix materials. It is to provide a nescent compound. Another object of the present invention is to provide an electroluminescent device comprising the thus prepared electroluminescent compound as a base material. The present invention relates to an electroluminescent compound represented by the chemical formula (1) L 1 L 1 M (Q) m and an electroluminescent device including the same as a base material. When used as an OLED matrix, the electroluminescent compound according to the present invention significantly reduces the operating voltage and improves the power efficiency. [Selection figure] None
