[PROBLEMS] To provide a highly sensitive immunodiagnostic reagent applying an immunoaggregation reaction by an antigen-antibody reaction in quantifying a biological substance. A method for measuring an antigen comprising measuring aggregation generated by bringing an antigen into contact with a carrier carrying an antibody, wherein the carrier carrying the antibody recognizes a plurality of different epitopes of the antigen.
