An excellent allergy prevention or treatment agent is provided. Specific examples of polysulfated chondroitin sulfate (heparin-like substance) include chondroitin-4-sulfate, chondroitin-6-sulfate, dermatan sulfate, and keratan sulfate, which are used as preventive or therapeutic agents for allergic diseases.
