abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorber that can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost and exhibits an excellent effect on temperature characteristics and frequency characteristics of Curie temperature, matching thickness, and radio wave absorption characteristics. A wave absorber comprising a MnZn ferrite sintered body of the present invention, from 45.0 to 49.0 mol% iron oxide in terms of Fe 2 O 3, zinc oxide in terms of ZnO 19.0 to 23. 0 mol%, and manganese oxide has a main component consisting of 28.0 to 36.0% in terms of MnO. Cobalt oxide, silicon oxide, and calcium oxide are added as accessory components to 100 parts by weight of the main component. Each is configured to contain a predetermined amount.
