titleOfInvention Pneumatic radial tire for heavy loads
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber chafer, particularly a portion in contact with a rim flange during a period from no load to 200% normal load from at least a portion in contact with the normal rim in a state where normal air pressure is filled. The present invention relates to a high-load pneumatic radial tire that greatly improves the rim rubbing resistance, crack resistance and weather resistance of a rubber chafer, and prevents deterioration in appearance and durability. An elastic modulus of a surface of an outermost layer of a rubber chafer disposed at a portion in contact with a rim flange is set to 11 MPa. Further, by blending a predetermined resin into the rubber composition used for the rubber chafer, the dynamic elastic modulus is reduced from the outermost surface to the inner surface of the rubber chafer.
